W9R1: easy!

Finally I’m in my last week of the program,and this run was far more pleasant than my previous... perhaps because I avoided hills this time.

This is my return to running after a couple of years away from it. Before an ITB injury I really enjoyed running, and couldn’t wait to get out for an hour or so run... was even what you’d call addicted! I’m going to take it easier this time, and be assiduous about form, so that I can keep it up.
