Taking tips from on here to wear two pairs of leggings and four layers I was determined to get my run in today as we are due snow blizzards tomorrow! It was a little icy in places but I didnβt let that stop me ! Just took it slow and careful and loved being out there.
A great way to prove to myself Iβm over my cold π.
