Good start to WK4 😁

Started W4R1 this morning after a 2 day rest following illness. My legs were great! So proud of them! Was worried about the 5 minute runs but the legs didn’t let me down! Very cold in Cardiff this morning so I’ve managed to squeeze a base layer under my leggings, woolly hat and mountain fleece! Did the job though and feeling good 😁

Haha I just think they deserved a bit of appreciation. I’ve spent my life moaning about them because they’re so short!!
