It's hard to come up with titles for the posts now that i have graduated! I can't use the usual "week x run y" formula!

But anyway, I did my second group run today.. and i moved groups. MUCH better... definitely received a challenge. But I completed it!!! So yay me! ;)

I plan to hopefully do a "longer" run tomorrow individually (my goal is 20 minutes)

Haha i'm sorry! I had technically run the afternoon before i posted this... but since i'm in the US and you guys are in the UK, i waited to post until the morning after! But long story short i ended up not being able to run due to a migraine. So I will be running this afternoon!

Why don't you join the Bridge to 10K group here - healthunlocked.com/bridgeto10k, even if you don't want to do 10K they will have a lot of advice about increasing distance 8-)

i'm actually in that group!! I had plans to increase distance, but now i'm doing this couch to 5k program again with the university here so that i can fulfill a requirement for our wellness program! So i'm just working to increase speed this go around! :)

But yes, the ultimate goal is increasing distance after i complete this program again.
