Completed 25 mins 😄 first 10 mins as usual were the hardest , after that found a nice rhythm .loved it today .Last 2 runs this week were harder but I think it was more a mental battle than a physical battle.

No more intervals until you chose to reintroduce them for your training. Week 7 was my favourite; the week I started to believe that there may be a runner inside me after all. Enjoy the next 3 weeks :)

Well done you..keep it slow and keep it very steady.. if you are finding it hard.. try just to relax. let the newly found running legs take you on... slow and gentle :)

You’re on the home run, 2/3 way through and Week 7 was the week when I felt this running thing coming together. Happy running
