Never really been a fitty but have just 4 months until a ‘big’ birthday so I thought better late to the party than never. Out at 730 to complete 2 runs as my week has been really hectic

Well done on going out at 7.30! I have a big birthday coming up too, makes you want to grasp the nettle doesn’t it? Never too late 😊

Confused by phrase "two runs"; did you do two podcasts from the programme back to back?

If you did, do try to make sure you take extra special care with stretching etc. Wouldn't want you to feel achey and then get put off going out next time... best of luck with the programme! Xxx

Hello and welcome! Well done on starting the programme.

The first thing to note on this programme is one run at a time, with a day rest between runs. That way you will begin to build running legs, remember when you run you are using different muscles so we need to build slow and steady.
