Walking is something that should be done before starting this " learn to run" programme . Even though I am long graduated from this programme, I am a slow runner and currently recovering from an accident - so I am enjoying seeking out fast walkers and jogging alongside them as they walk. I can feel it doing me good!! :)

Whenever I incorporate some running into my walks, I will end up with sore knees and ankles...I like to do these short spurts when the path is smooth and incline.
