It's odd but my feet/ankles hurt more when I'm walking than when I'm running

I have to say I get a bit of that too, particularly the first say 10 or 20 steps of walking after the run it feels a bit uncomfortable. For some reason I don't like walking in trainers - never have done - and wonder maybe with walking I need more ankle support but with running the momentum or something helps...anyway you seem to be enjoying week 4 which is great! Well done!
