A failure isn’t a failure...

I saw this and thought of the c25k community. Yesterday evening I put myself through the hell that is spin class. I’m now regretting it because today was meant to be a run day; the last of week 8!

I’m gonna give it a few hours to see how my legs hold up. If they’re too heavy and tender I’ll go for a walk and not push it. Anything is better than not getting out there at all - my run can wait another day if needs be.

Thank you RunningKP that is perfect timing :)

I've turned back and come home with my first attempt at W6R5 25 minute run. I stopped before the 5 minute warm up had finished so I'm pretending I didn't even start it :D

I woke up late, have a bit of a sinus infection, had a massive tantrum with my headphones and what to wear now the weather is warming up, only to get down the road to realise the weather hasn't warmed up at all and it's cold and windy and I'm under dressed :D

I'm feeling mildly cross but tomorrow is another day so thank you xxx

Very happy to help! Well done for getting up and giving it a go.

I had a few of those days back in the summer when I was stuck on week 4 for literal months. Just make sure you get back out there when you can (not just want) :)
