After working all day up at 6 Work at 7:30 Home at 5 I was dreading this run ... but yesss I did it not saying it was easy no way but I did it no stopping and felt like I could do more but I stopped don’t wanna hurt myself ... loving this app who thought I could actually do this cus I didn’t.. feeling great 👍

That's it, follow the programme, push through doubt and it will all work out!
Sometimes the best day to run is after a hard day and weirdly you may feel after like you've somehow gotten extra energy back too!
The crappier your day, the more reason to go for a run. It will always make you feel better.
