Much better this time - took it a bit slower - still hard but not gasping for breath. Legs not as sore afterwards either.

"Bit apprehensive about W2" - is exactly how I felt, and I still managed it. I'm just about to start Week 5 and I'm a bit apprehensive too! The programme seems to be very well designed to build up your stamina (and self-belief) gradually.
Give Week 2 a go and you will surprise yourself. Very best of luck and do report back.

I feel apprehensive about every week 😂, but trust the program and believe in yourself! I've just completed W5R2 and just like yourself probably never thought it would be possibly during W1!
