The lurgy seems to have finally caught up with me & seems fully intent on sabotaging todays run!!!i struggled from the get go...chest was tight & breathing was hard work plus my legs didnt have their usual energy πŸ˜• frustrating!!!

Treat the lurgy with the respect it deserves...we've developed a dangerous culture in this country of "toughing out" flu and colds and people are coming a cropper as a result.

If you can make out for a run while feeling low that's great but don't put too much pressure on yourself.
