So this one for me was the “challenge”. However I completed it and for those who are about to tackle it, it really is more of a mental challenge. 5mins in I was telling myself, I can’t do this. Wipe that thought from your mind and push on. Each time the negative thought comes, push it away. By the time I got to 15 mins I was reasonably comfortable, just go at a steady pace, I promise you, the feeling when you get to the end is worth it.

The grin is great too, I’ll bet.
Thats it! The body wants to give up but the brain needs to stay strong 👍😁
Well done and enjoy the buzz!
Well done. Next one up for me Wed.
Today did W5.2R .Found the first 8 mins marginally less comfortable than the 2nd 8mins.The 5mins in between seemed very long.I was waiting to get going again.😂.
How did you find your previous run, the 5.2🤔
Thought I saw something posted early about why the difference from Jan- now -runs.
Enjoyed it though beautiful coastal park woodland and nature reserve.
Start positive, stay positive........belief is everything.
I will carry that with me on Wed and for the remaining 12 runs.
Thanks for your experience and wisdom.
