I can’t believe the huge difference in my new shoes. Derby Runner were so helpful The scary thing is, is my old ones were size 6.5 ( I thought half a size bigger was enough how wrong I was) and my new ones are 7.5!! It turns out that I do roll in slightly so I’ve had extra support on the instep and hopefully if I do everything else correctly I won’t end up with another knee injury 🤞
Had my gate analysis done!!: I can’t believe the... - Couch to 5K
Had my gate analysis done!!
Sassy new shoes... I hope they give many happy runs
Lovely! Fret not about the sizing, different brands fit differently, my shoe size is 5, my running shoes are a 7 - I started in 6.5’s ......your feet do grow, and need space..... think hobbit....😂.....🏃♀️

Its alright the hairs rub off when you run 😉...
Lovely new runners...enjoy some great runs in them!😊x
Nice shoe's! I've had a pair of those New Balance. The shoes I have now are 2 sizes bigger than my normal casual shoe size, but then Brooks come out smaller anyway..😊
Fantastic! Yep, mine are a full size bigger than I would buy too.
Remember when your mum would make sure there was plenty of room in your shoes? We don't really do that as adults but we need that extra room with running.
They look great. Enjoy 👍😁
I've never understood the bigger size thing, i'm a 9 in a civilian shoe. And a 9 in all of my running trainers, with the exception of my gym trainers which are an 8.5. Weird eh! I get that your feet swell up and toes need to spread a bit so could comprehend a half size up, but 2.5 sizes bigger.. surely that brand has it's sizing screwed?? Saying that I have known many a lady who has very weird relationships with there feet and sizing and will wear a size 3 etc when they are a 6 and vice versa.
Lovely new running shoes!
I have some running shoes one and half size bigger, some two sizes bigger. I also buy a wide fit because i like to have room to be able to wiggle my toes.
If they work for you that is what matters!
Enjoy!
