Did W1R1 on Friday and thought my legs would have been sore over the weekend but no pain at all. Looking forward to my 2nd run today. (After dark!! til i get better at it!)

Go you... make sure you do those stretches after every run too..Keep it slow and keep it steady and soon, you will have the confidence to get out there an just run in the daylight.

I've just completed W1R2 god I'm knackered lol X I was fine after first one but my calf is twinging after this one ( started twinging whilst trying to run ) I'm sat here now flexing my foot to try and relieve it X )

Oh no!! I'll let you know how i get on tonight. Think hubby coming too tonight .

Maybe some stretches before next run and go a bit slower. X

Yea I thought the warm up would be enough - I’ve down loaded the stretches for after ( which I have done ) I wasn’t very well yesterday ( gallbladder) so I hardly moved and I think that hasn’t helped x
