Take a short joggette and see how you feel...you may find round about Week 4... may be about right... your body will tell you

Yes as Oldfloss say just go out there and start jogging first (after a warm-up of course) and see how far you get. This is the best way of knowing where you need to start the progeramme from. Don't set your paramters before you try.

Hi scully, I’m in a similar situation to you. I made it to week 9 in October (albeit I was still finding it a challenge, but I was there!!). I had a 3.5 months break and I’m just starting to get back into it again.
I decided to reset my app and start a fresh. I needed to remind myself how much I enjoy running, rather than going back into it and dreading it.
Good luck with starting back. I’m on W2 R3 and feeling motivated!!
