Did W4R2 today, thinking it would be easier than W4R1, but actually found it tougher. However, there is some weird magic about this programme that makes you do it! No doubt I will hit a wall at some point but the advice on this forum suggests that you just re-group and repeat if necessary, and then carry on. I haven't yet got to the point of enjoying the running as it's happening, but I feel fantastic when I complete a run! This whole programme is a complete revelation to me - I actually look forward to going out in the dark/cold to jog - unthinkable 4 weeks ago!
On another note, can anyone recommend an app for tracking my runs? Nothing too sophisticated - just want to measure distance and speed and see where I've been, if you know what I mean. Have an Android phone.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions. And happy running everyone!

I'm on week 8 and still haven't achieved a runners high while on a run but can't stop smiling when they're done and looking forward to the next one! The Nike app is a good one for tracking.
Strava is very popular for tracking and stats. The free version gives plenty of info.
I think the "enjoyment" really is more about enjoying what you're achieving. I enjoy plugging in to my music and committing to the programme and seeing results.
I'm not sure about enjoying the actual act of running but maybe that comes later...
Hi there - I have heard a few people mentioning Strava, so that's another one to look at, thanks.
I totally agree that the achievement gives great enjoyment - more than anything I've done recently. As you say, perhaps we'll get to experience the runners' high eventually!
