Starting to feel more comfortable now and was able to complete the W6 R3 25min run tonight without to much trouble.
Feeling up for the final 3 weeks now. Hopefully can stay injury free and see this through.

Very well done.... the longer runs lie ahead and they are wonderful.
This is where your newly found running legs find, hopefully, their happy pace. You are able to relax into the runs, and take it slow and steady.
Make sure your stamina and strength exercises are upped on your rest days too... your body has to keep up with those legs
