So nearly did it. Ran for 38 minutes but had to stop halfway and walk for a couple of minutes so won't count it as my graduation run.
It's just one of those things. I set off well, the spirit was willing but today the flesh wasn't up to it. A good way to start the morning and I feel good but no celebrations today
Happy running especially if you are starting out. It's a great programme

I love running, Liz. It will soon fly for you. I still remember my first run when I could just about manage the minute and needed all the 1.5 minutes walk to recover. I'm struggling to fit my runs in at the moment as I have to leave at 7am every morning. I like to run first thing but this week I think I'm going to have to run at night.
Congratulations on starting. That is the hardest bit. Once you have made up your mind that you are going to do it then the rest falls into place. Masses of fun is wished for your journey
