Completed 20 minutes running non stop , 5 weeks ago I was struggling to run for a minute. This programme is brilliant and this run is about over coming the mental barriers we all have when we reach this week . As the programme says take it slow , we can work on pace and distance once we have graduated 😄

You can run the 20 minutes , don’t get me wrong it was not easy , but at no time did I think or feel like giving up, just take it slow and steady 😄
Hi Bess128 i’m about to start week 8 - 28 mins tomorrow and yet just a few weeks ago I was on 1 min runs. Like you I probably will need to run for 35 - 40 mins to do 5k but I keep it slow and steady! Good luck, it’s a great feeling. I’m 60 years a ‘non - runner’ 😄
