I ran w6r2 tonight and did really well and I’m proud of myself. The only thing is that my legs keep letting me down... I keep getting a pain all down the side of my left calve, sometimes get in on the right as well. I don’t know what’s causing this or how to help it go away.
Can anyone give me anything to try?
Thank you in advance,
Tayla x

Things to look out for are: have you got proper running shoes, fitted after gait analysis... are you going too fast ... if you stretch before, they should be dynamic stretches, and you should stretch after (again, details in the FAQ)
Is your pain while running or after? People might also suggest "foam rollers" and specific stretches to do in between runs. But honestly if it's pain and it persists maybe seek help before you do yourself a mischief...
Hoping one of the wise ones (mentors!) will advise
