Yep, I did it again..... wow!!!! Now I've stupidly gone and looked on to week 4, sounds like it could be a struggle but will give it a go in a day or two (did gym work yesterday and run, so I think I've overdone it, all my muscles are aching today doh!!!!) Fingers crossed everybody!!! xx
