25 down 2 to go 😀 just wish the first 10 mins won’t so hard. I seem to have to use all my will power to get though the first part of a run. I picked up when Laura said your half way 🎉🎉. In the end I had to go that extra 5 mins to do the 5k, I know that ain’t the aim but I just couldn’t help myself 😂

Be wary of pushing too much too soon - that is the fast track to the IC. No doubt more experienced people will come along with good advice about pacing yourself post graduation. 😄

Walking fast during the warmup as well as some extra dynamic stretches like high legs, running on the spot, jumps etc can trick your body into getting ready a bit faster in order to alleviate the toxic ten.
