In the bag! Thanks to encouragement and company from my much fitter other half! Intend to do R2 on Monday, Pilates on Tues, R3 on Fri. Anyone got any suggestions for the best short burst of exercise in between. Looking to get fitter but more importantly get my body fat down from 38%!! 😬

I try and fit a swim in. Swimming has really helped with breathing during my runs. I also practice yoga. I’m all for cross training.
