Enjoyable run this evening although beginning to feel the need to stretch properly after the cool down but I suppose that’s to be expected as a 39 year old who is getting reacquainted with running again after more than few years. And to ensure I remain motivated I’ve set myself the task of facilitating a C25K group with our service users and my colleagues starting next week #LeadingByExample

I find the stretching session is the best part of the run! Yes, it does help with post-run stiffness.
