Felt much better tonight! my 1st run on Monday was hard going so didn’t feel motivated to go out. Felt better prepared for it tonight too plenty of water during the day and some carbs for lunch 😀

With the longer runs... your stamina and core strength exercise on rest days should be upped, and then just relax into the runs. Let the newly found running legs, do their own thing and find their happy pace
