Well that was my coldest but favourite run. I was pushchair free, had new trainers and just seemed to connect with the run. Going straight into 5 minutes and being able to do it is so exhilarating. I ignore what is coming next until the next run but I have glimpsed a 20 minute run happens in week 5! Eek! I'm amazed by how much this programme works. πŸ˜ŠπŸ€—πŸ˜Š

Thank you. I am staying slow lol but I'm not out of puff after my runs and I even found myself singing along to my music today! πŸ™ˆπŸ€£ x

The 20 minute run will be fine, especially as you are relaxed and enjoying running. Youre doing great!

Thank you. I am loving it! I think there is just something about the mindset of running longer. I knew I started with 5 minutes today and that was totally fine. So hopefully when it's 20 minutes I'll just keep going with the same mindset. I will be buzzing after that run! X
