First 5k for a while

Graduated on New Year’s Day and tried to run every other day since through Aussie flu and a severe ear infection, that’s left me with tinnitus, really struggled to do much more than 4K and did a fair few 3ks so today really pleased to have done 5k not very quick but it’s been a hurdle to get over and now it’s done instagram.com/p/Be3IzMYhklV/

Well done fantastic time 😊 running all the times you have and distances with not feeling well some of the time and the winter weather it’s a great achievement in such a short space of time . You should be really proud and more 5ks to come 👍
