The dreaded 20 minute run is done!

After a slight mental wobble at the 5 minute mark, by the time I got to 15 minutes I knew I could do it. Such a feeling of elation!

To anyone else who is worrying about the W5R3 run, I say keep your head up and run at a steady pace - it’s not a race and you WILL get there if you take your time. You can do it!
