Ok so I’m gunna attempt to do a early morning run tomorrow 😬 I have not ran since 3 weeks ago due to a painful pelvis which I had X-rayed and still waiting results. I have zero pain for the past 2 weeks so I’m going to do a 20 min run to start. 😁

Good luck. Listen to your body and take it easy. Oh, and enjoy!
