Started run one on Tuesday but only managed day two today as I really cannot bare the cold.. I know you just have to get on with it but I really can’t! After losing weight and my continental quilt I feel the cold so badly. Anyhoo been out today even though was drizzling it was milder, came back and complete 25 squats. Going to complete week one on Monday but finding it considerably harder than last time I done this app about 6 years ago. I am however impatient and think I should be running like a pro. I’ll keep chipping away because I can! X

Layers... and layers and a buff... just tog up, get out there and do it.. Cold is cold..you will soon warm up... Think hot shower after the run
