I don’t know if it’s the humidity but this was really hard today. I couldn’t really get my breath- even during the walking sections. But I managed to complete the session and now want to lie down in a darkened room lol. Anyway, good luck to everyone else starting this week. Keep it going. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I've got mine later on so I'll let you know how I get on. It's quite muggy outside so reckon I'll be sweating like a pig 🥵🥵

I can’t wait to hear how you get on!!! Good luck!!!! The heat was hard to handle but I was so disorganised this morning and wore the wrong top with long sleeves!!!! Bring on run3!!!

The weather is deceptive today but well done you for getting out there and doing it anyway! It took me until today w3r2 to finally sort my 4 count breathing out (as per trainer Laura's advice) up until now my breaths have really been about getting air in as quickly as possible! You are doing something incredible and each session makes you a little bit more superhero 👍
