Yay I did it second time so pleased with myself, yes i slowed my pace down and you were right it was majorly mind over matter. What did astound me was I felt like I could have carried on after the 20 mins were finished. On to week 6 and it's given me the boost I needed to enter my very first colour run in June. Thank you to all that replied xxx

Well done on your W5 R3...it feels great doesn't it. It was the run that gave me a huge boost of confidence, and realise that I probably would be able to run for 30 mins in a few weeks...and I did!
Nice and steady into Week 6....
