OK so I was a little apprehensive about the 20 min run, but I did it. A change of route was great, I chose a flatter road and actually had somewhere to put my car keys thanks to a new top (issues!) Hoping I can do it again next week. Really want to keep this going .. the first 5 mins were probably the hardest, mentally and I was tired on my feet but just kept going. Hooray

Congratulations on cracking the 20 min mark! I've changed my routes a few times too and it makes a difference. Especially finding a flatter route like you say. I went out of my way to find a flat route and it helped a lot. You can do this you just have to believe it!
Well done Sadeskin, the plan is great isn't it...somehow we are ready for this run...and the feeling of acheivement is amazing..😊 Well done you are amazing.x
Well done! That’s brilliant and I bet you are happy with yourself. I completed run 3 this morning. I know how you feel about the first five minutes. I’m like that with every run. When I heard the announcement to say five minutes remaining I did think to myself I could do more. I’m tempted to redo the run next week.
I thought about re-doing it, I think I’ll give W6R1 a go and see how I am with it. I also have a heavy cold so had a few things against me this morning. I won’t worry about repeating though, that’s sensible right? Well done to you - keep me updated 👍🏻
W6R1 is a nice workout because it’s 5/8/5 Run with breaks in between. I often redo W1R1 to see if I can improve on my pace. This run is also good if you feel under the weather.
