Week 2 DONE!!

Well starting as someone that enjoys exercise like spin circuits and team sports you’d think that this would be easy..... but I hate running for distance. Brings back bad memories of cross country at school in the lashing rain with kids far faster than me. However I’ve set myself the challenge and challengers shouldn’t be easy.... so hear I am at the end of week two and I think I might have found my pace for the first time. However stepping up to 3 mins will be the test!!!

You’ll be fine if you go steady. No hurry at all. You only need to do the job. This is not against the clock

Have fun 😃

That's great to have found "happy sustainable pace" - I understand, from the more experienced runners, that it is an essential skill. 😃
