Have become rather addicted to Laura's Speed podcast. I love using it on an after work run when I don't want to be out too long. Laura's counting seems quite mesmerising now and the short intervals mean the time shoots by and I end up feeling exhilarated and today even carried on running for a further 5 mins before cooling down 'cause I fancied exercising for longer... this post is obviously written by the new run loving me!
The moon was amazing too this evening!
