Well, I did it! I feel like an actual runner! Iβm not gonna lie, the last 5 or so minutes were tough on the lungs (even running slowly) but the first ten minutes flew by!π
Just out of curiosity, why the big jump to 20 minutes then back down to 8 minutes in W6? I know there must be a reason so just curious to know what it is.
I know thereβs quite a few of us around the w5r3 stage at the moment, so I hope everyone has enjoyed it?
It was quite funny as I did my laces up this morning I could hear myself talking through all the advice we read on here:
