Well, there we go, I completed W9R3! I am very slow, my asthma has given me trouble this week, for the first time since week 1, but Iβve learned to keep it slow and calm. I managed 3k, so now I need a bridge to 5k program Very happy runner now, looking forward to the rest of my life. Thank you all for being such a lovely forum x

whoop new grad alert! Don't forget you are now entitled to the grad badge next to your name, ask in the January 2018 graduate badge thread.
I was still finding slower depths to week 9 and beyond! I also am now on a 'bridge to 5k' - until a couple of weeks ago it's consisted of running up to 30 min and not *trying* to go further but letting my pace inch faster naturally. Just the last couple of weeks I've run more than 30 min so now I'm really getting towards it slowly
Congratulations Vict08πππππ
Well done on completing the program and Graduating...now you can run for 30 minutes!
Keep doing those 30 minute runs, try different routes, shorter runs and build up those running legs.
Happy running adventures!πx
