So as I run I have lovely Laura telling me what to do and encouraging me round but I’ve seen posts talking about MIchael Jordan?
I’m struggling to complete Wk 7, done it once, couldn’t the second time, managed the third time not the forth time. So wondering if MJ would help mix things up as I know it’s my head not my body that’s the block

Michael Jordan is on the app, along with a choice of other coaches, but you will miss out on the character building music of the podcasts if you abandon Laura.
Those of us who used Michael love him very dearly, but the other thing to consider is that if you use the app on a phone then you get to play your own choice of music.
That can make an enormous difference to your mood and the whole atmosphere during the run. The downside is you need to bring your phone with you but it's a small price to pay.
It's Michael Johnson the runner, not Jordan, Jackson or any other MJs!
You would have to download the app and sort out your own music to use him but it's worth it. He is calm, smooth, encouraging...us middle aged women go weak at the knees when he tells us we're doing great.
He got me through C25k and I still go back to him for shorter runs once a week or so. In fact, I think I'll use him today!
Give him a go...might be the extra nudge you need.
Lol the one on my app is Sarah Millican ! Makes me smile though as it kind of makes me feel that everyday ordinary people can do this
I tried the phone app but found issues with it on my phone, only got Sarah Millican for a few minutes then she disappeared, then the app told me I had completed the days programme after just 2 runs. Had this a few times so went back to the podcast and have to say much prefer the podcasts!
