Been poorly this week and missed running will be restarting week 4 on Monday!

It's been a month now (23rd December I started) and I have lost 10lbs I still haven't eaten meat either. Tonight's meal was nice

Good for you. It's said that it's not a weight loss programme and although I've only lost about 3.5, the excess fat on me is definitely disappearing and I'm eating sensibly too.

I'm training around couch to 5k too, just using that to help with my cardio days cos it's always been a weakness for me, I find couch 2 5k motivates me to get out running, that's brilliant are you hoping to lose weight or just waiting to increase fitness?

Both really but I don't believe in dieting so I thought by running would help lose weight without punishing myself and increase my fitness. I need to lose a stone or so but I enjoy food!
