Hi I’ve been doing this for just over two months and got on the sales this morning and bingo I’ve lost a stone! I’ve been watching what I eat too so it’s a combination of running and food. Did Wk 9 run 1 yesterday and found it tough but set off fast (for me anyway) so probably need to take it easier. Off to the Lakes for a week so going to be fun trying to find some flat ground to hopefully graduate on! 🏔🏃♀️

The running has very little to do with the weight loss, but like so many before you, running means that you probably will only want to eat a healthy diet, to maximise your performance and progress.
We found a great run along the western shore of Coniston water, a couple of years ago.
Thanks Iannoda. I’ll look that up. Staying in Grasmere and I think I will try that one. Nearly there. And yes you’re right it has really made me more careful about what I eat. Thanks for your support
