Hi all, just gotta say it’s amazing I just finished week 6 and hit 5K ! I’ve never been a runner, dispite gyming the endurance was never there with my asthma also, but I pushed myself and now I’m running for 25 mins straight and I’m loving it. Props to you all achieving their goals out there. KEEP GOING.
Lost for words: Hi all, just gotta say it’s... - Couch to 5K

Well done. 5k in 25mins is quite some pace. Not many can run so quickly. I certainly can't.
Congrats.
Well done, Fireheart. There is hope for this ex-smoking, overweight, asthmatic yet 😀
Wow, you’re flying!
Fire heart or heels with wings I bow to your achievement well done. You must be one of those people I see out in front.
Congratulations
Wow! That’s fast!
Well done. I am week seven and doing half that 😹😹😹 well done tho
Distance doesn’t matter, you are a runner! Keep going Lc, be proud of how far you have already come 🏃🏼♀️
Keep going, discouraged doesn’t matter how long it takes just don’t stop you will get there
Thanks. You should be proud of yourself. I aim to get there too 😀😀
Well done.
You might want to look at the post graduation advice in this post healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which stresses the need to not to try to run hard on every run.
This is an amazing programme for enabling people to achieve things beyond their own expectations.
5k woop woop woop!!!
Good for you👍💪 keep up the great work 😁🌟🌟🌟
Great pace! You might have to slow it down a jot to push on to the longer distances though until your fitness catches up with you again. I " learned to jog" with the help of the c25k crowd and found I could go on and on and on by slowing from a nutty 5:15 min/km down to a 6:00+ min/km pace (instead of ending a 5-6k session all beetroot-faced! ) Great progress! Keep it up!
Blimey you’re doing very well a 5 minute km that is astonishing... Well done you
That is remarkable 6 weeks in. Is that just the run section or with the warm-up and cool down walks as well?
Rignold beat me to it, pretty much word for word! That's great and means week 9 unlike so many of us, you'll get to graduate with a non-stop, only-running full 5K in 30 mins, ya lucky thing! Fab progress, well done!
Wow! 5K in 25 minutes - are you including the warm up walk in the distance, or are you just super speedy? I can only dream of doing 5k in that time, even after 14 months since graduation.
You are doing really well. Fantastic!
