I also was a smoker, not proud to say

But proud to say 5 years since I quit

Still could smoke one when I had a bit too much drink

I have gained in weight lots ... in the last 5years been told I look healthy?

I am also going through change that German girl name comes to mind

Never in my life have I been this size

I am going to crack this challenge

I have to now because I have signed up to it and I am enjoying it 😊

I got to the point now that I don’t care what people think 🤔

I am loving this

good luck to everyone, love to hear about how people are getting on. For me its my new way of life, I consider myself now a non smoker - running helps my mental state and i use it as a reason not to smoke. i have a challenge of a 10k run later this year as my goal. giving up something you've done for a long time is difficult but its a new way of life

Jen keep positive and magical things can happen :)
