I have always wanted to get into running, have tried many times and failed. I have completed week 1 and just been out for day 1 of week 2 and loving it. I go at 6am. Bit slippy underfoot this morning though. Going to really try to do this! Strange how having this app has made such a difference.

Me too have tried the app before but never completed it. Went striafht in to wk3 yesterday and managed it . Feeling chuffed
