I'm so happy I have to share! I've just completed my first run of week 3 and it was good! When I started the program a few weeks ago I managed just 2.5 one minute runs out of 8 on my first session. Today was still hard work but felt so much better and easier than the first two weeks. My legs felt good and I was much less out of breath. I finished my last 3 min run on a bit of a down hill which felt like cheating so I added an extra 30 seconds to my last run! Let's hope I've not jinxed the rest of the week by being so loud about my success today lol!

W3r2 done today. I'd been careful not to let myself think it would be a lazy, ponytail swinging, light-footed, effortless trot but I think in the back of my mind I'd not quite given up on the idea after finding Monday comparatively easy to the weeks before. Today seemed harder than Monday but I'm putting it down to mindset and having to run straight in to a 28mph wind for some of the time. That said I was able to add an extra 30 seconds to each 3 min run so I need to remind myself it was better than it seems. I'm not confident I'll be able to run for 5 min next week but if I can't I'll just keep repeating w4r1 until I can do it.
