Slow it right down. Replace the word 'run' with soft shuffling jog. Non of the striding out at a million miles an hour malarkey.
Keep it slow. Nice and slow. Remember, the aim is to get to 30 minutes of non stop so sprinting off in the early days isnt going to do any good.

Speed and footwear are the 1st things to look at.
Speed - SLOW as possible please!
Footwear - comfy trainers are fine for now and do NOT tie the laces too tight. The shoes should be at least a half size bigger than your normal day shoes.
