I really hurt my knee on run3 of week1 and I am not able to run. Can hardly walk especially up and down steps. I have taken 2 days off. Now 3. will book for physio next week and hope to sort. Run 1&2 completed fine. Run 3 left knee buggered. Wanting to start week 2 but need to wait for pain and inflammation to go.

Ouch indeed..just try to be patient.. and really get the issue sorted. The runs will wait.. they always do!

Hello, sorry to hear that. This happened to me at the same stage, I was out for three weeks to fully recover. I ended up wearing knee straps each day and daily doing quad lifts to help build back up. It took time and was nearly enough to put me off but I kept at it and was back running again. Today I graduated, anything is possible if you allow the time to recover. Hope you are on the mend soon

Glad you got it seen to. The runs will still be there when your knees heal so no rush.

I’ve done exactly the same! Am on Wk2 day 3 today and I’ve not been able to walk properly let alone run. Being so overweight my bouncing around hasn’t done my knees any good at all. Got a feeling it maybe the MCL :(

I ordered two knee supports from Amazon to wear during the day. If you can do that it really helps
