Just completed the first run of week 3 tonight. Obviously it pushes on week by week.
I admit I was going into this week thinking it's getting a little more serious and can I do it?
I started and tried to stay relaxed as it began.
Pleases to say though I managed it and far easier than expected.
Hoping for another good week not as bad as expected.

One run at a time and some will be more challenging than others but every run makes you stronger

Each run prepares you for the next one, so if you stay nice and slow you will have no problems, right through the process.

Just did my first run of week 2. Man bought me some new gear to run in today so I got out there...
So.... oddly I’ve been looking forward to today 😳
I actually feel like I’m now a runner 🏃🏼♀️...
Clearly I'm terrible at reading instructions because my other runs for the week have been wrong...
