Im hoping VictoriaRuns will reply, as she has been able to dispense with her inhaler. Im not strictly speaking asthmatic, but my chest is congested because of allergies, and I have to use an inhaler before a run. I do pant and puff, but part of that is the hills round here. And my chest is less wheezy than when I started c25k. But everyone is different. If you are concerned, can you not get a second opinion?
I’m not concerned as such I just wanted tips if anyone else has done C25k being asthmatic
Welcome.
There have been plenty on here, including our very own Ju-ju, who are asthma sufferers and many have reported improvement in their condition.
