Just finished day 1 of week 3 and found myself going a much shorter distance overall. Little bit demoralising! Has anyone else found this?

I’m about to start W4 and I thought the same thing... but, (apart from warm up/cool downs) there is only 15 mins in the program in W3 that’s why.

W4 goes back to 21 min program.

And remember, C25K is time ran, not distance covered 👍🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️😜

Yes exactly the same. Don’t be demotivated by lack of distance but rather elated that you ran for x minutes.

Distance covered is immaterial as is pace and time

It’s about finishing each session and moving on 🙂
